Champlain II – Winner in the Production Homes Attached ( 1,801 sq. ft. of more) at the 2014 GOHBA Housing Design Awards
Saturday October 4th was a night to remember. The 31st annual Housing Design Awards Gala took place in the beautiful Trillium Ballroom at the Ottawa Convention Centre. With 158 finalists vying for 43 awards, the competition was stiff!
The Greater Ottawa Home Builder’s Association (GOHBA) represents the home building and renovation professionals in the Greater Ottawa, Ontario region. However the real benefactor of the GOHBA’s work is for the homeowner – since the primary goal of the association is quality housing for Canadians.
Urbandale has been involved with GOHBA for many years. This year we had two of our larger Horizon Series of Townhomes , The Champlain II and the Columbus, competing alongside several others in the Production Homes Attached (1,801 sq.ft or more) Category.
The Champlain II, our 3 bedroom 2,092 sq.ft model rose to victory. This is a ravishing home that makes a bold statement and like all our townhomes, is built to surpass the ENERGY STAR® Standard.
Congratulations are in order for everyone involved in this amazing event. For more information about the Champlain II click here
